Our Neighborhood Play

So I got an insane idea this summer that it would be fun to put on a neighborhood play. Not just one play, but 3 plays! We did "Slurping Beauty", "The Emperor's New Hair," and "Rafunzel." I held auditions, ran rehearsals, did costumes, and built the stage in the backyard. I did have some lovely volunteers that came to help with hair, makeup and costumes during the play. (Thank you Michelle and Shelley!) We had popcorn and drinks and all the neighbors came and it turned out so cute! Here are some picts, hopefully the video will come shortly!

    hahaha! I'm sooooo glad that we were able to come and see these plays!! I seriously was laughing the whole time!! I hope the recordings aren't ruined by my laughing! And I LOVED megan as the hairdresser!!! FABULOUS SIMPLY FABULOUS!
